It all starts when you ask us for a mapping visit that looks at the size and materials of the bathroom. Based on them, we can make a preliminary offer. And if necessary, you can influence the procurement of materials yourself. 

In connection with wet room repairs, it may come as a surprise that there is moisture damage when the bathroom begins to be dismantled. In these situations, we will charge for additional work separately. In this case, the customer is given an accurate report of the damage and additional work done.

REPAIR MAPPING 

During the renovation mapping visit, we evaluate and listen to the customers' wishes. Our offer includes a technical survey and construction work reports for the contract. Our offer is always clear to the customer and in accordance with the customer's wishes. 

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REPAIR 

Asbestos surveys must be carried out on sites built before 1994. We also always make moisture measurements on our sites. That is, we start with them and the customer obtains the necessary permits for the renovation.

During the renovation, we will document the site with photos and reports. Thanks to this, we have a renovation to give you a home equity certificate. Which is a comprehensive report on everything that has been done and how. 

Our goal is to perform repairs quickly and efficiently without forgetting a quality workmanship. So according to the need and the wishes of the customer, we use several employees at work so that the renovation can be carried out efficiently.
